We staff a dedicated team for in-warranty and out-of-warranty repair, as well as product upgrade. We use the product knowledge acquired through manufacturing to facilitate efficient and detailed failure analysis and trend monitoring.
QSR's Repair Depot provides complete support throughout the life cycle of each product. A closed-loop defect-data collection system facilitates swift repair processing and continuous improvement on the production floor. This data is available to our customers so they can keep a pulse on issues that may be design related.
