The storage conditions of PCBA are as follows:

1. Apply three anti-paint

For PCBA boards that are not used for a long time, they should be coated with a three-proof paint with moisture-proof, dust-proof and anti-oxidation functions, which can effectively extend the storage time. After applying the conformal paint, it can be used for an extended period of 9 months.

2. Vacuum packaging method

Keep the PCBA storage area away from air and water. First, the vacuum bag should be packed on the PCBA board, and a layer of bubble film should be placed on the side of the box during the packaging process. The bubble film has good water absorption and plays a very good role in preventing moisture. Of course, moisture-proof beads are also essential. Then classify them and put them on labels. After sealing, the packaging box must be placed in a dry and ventilated place, away from the ground and sunlight.

3. Control the temperature and humidity of the warehouse

The warehouse temperature for PCBA storage is best controlled at 23±3℃ and 55±10%RH. The storage conditions are good, the temperature is less than 25℃, and the relative humidity is less than 65%. It has a temperature control function, and the indoor environment is non-corrosive gas.
